Byung-Kwan Cho

I am an associate professor at the department of biological sciences, KAIST. Before joining the KAIST, I have been a project scientist in the Palsson lab at University of California San Diego for seven years. I completed my Ph.D. in the molecular biotechnology and biomaterials laboratory at the Seoul National University (Seoul, Korea). My research projects focus on the systems and synthetic biology of living organisms. To this end, we have used the high-throughput data generation platforms such as next-generation sequencing.
